…i never stated that i had access to it. i was speaking generally, as in the fact that it’s not a good game but it’s cool (for aynone) to have access to.

^this. vb faceball isn’t that great of a game. its just cool to have access to it.

whoever has it is going to hold out on it far longer than anyone will desire the game. lets hope nintendo just releases it in some weird 3DS DLC release or something.

Not bad. I started a project back in the day where I was going to record all the songs from all the games. It got tedious. I’d would be cool if someone actually pulled it off. It would also be cool if someone made a ROM we could run on our flashboys that was a VB music jukebox which included all the songs from every game, a playlist option, shuffle, repeat, etc.

it probably wont be dumped until well after the few of us who care about it have lost interest. thats not me being cynical or using some weird psychology in an attempt to bait its release; i’m just being real. i’ve offered too much money to get it dumped and nobody bit so doubt its going to happen.

you can’t blame him for asking about the quote. if you’re going to be that forward about it someone is going to ask questions. the way i see it the is no harm in you putting it up and no harm in akumie’s asking about it.

cosmic smash is an awesome dreamcast game.

i’d love to see that game but i dont think its going to happen anytime soon. when it comes to unreleased games, the VB scene is just a bunch of private collectors who aren’t interested in sharing. it sucks. everyone is super secretive over the most insignificant of stuff. why else did it take ages for bound high to get around? the same goes with faceball, even though that game has little following, and zero racers, which seems less likely to exist than dragon hopper. the two people i know of who ‘might’ have the game wont even confirm it most of the time. assuming they have it based off of implied semantics doesn’t really confirm much of anything.

maybe a few years into the 3DS nintendo will release some VB games as downloads or something. until then, im not going to worry about it any more. it just feeds into ego’s when you try and hunt people down to get it.

was there supposed to be pics for us to choose between?

one way to cheat a broken stand is to take off the plastic pieces that go along the legs and placing one of them in the middle of the two legs, instead of just on a single leg. it keeps the legs from moving and just about the perfect distance apart.

i dont think a gust of wind would ruin a vb cart unless that air condition is spitting out deadly levels of mold.

we get it…you can read katakana.

i think you’ve also been guilty of jumping to conclusions. i didn’t realize there was a time limit on the edits. i’ll admit my fault.

news to me. thanks for the heads up.

editing has been disabled in this thread? interesting.

that hudson pin was on ebay a few months back. i think it went for ~$20.

ack! i meant ‘always nice’. i must have woken up drunk today.

awesome. its awlus nivc to have the whole collection.

In the US the cart and manual were tucked in with the rest of the packaging. The display boxes were used on the shelves at Blockbuster and a few game stores. That’s why most of them are either faded from the sun or have stickers on them.

As do I. Especially in regard to the sentence, “Is it wrong to find people to help fund a small-group release of Faceball and Dragon Hopper?”. You really don’t have a lot of steam to power your vendetta, dasi. You weren’t involved in this besides being approached. I’ve done nothing to wrong you.

Dasi, can I ask your age?

Sure, climbing the collector’s ladder isn’t free, but it doesn’t always depend exclusively on money either…

no, not always. but unfortunately it does most of the time. just be glad you are able to play the game. if it wasn’t for it leaking out one way or another the glitchy rom being in a few people’s private possession is all bound high would have ever amounted to. lets agree to disagree and stop hijacking the thread.
