That’s a bit too far fetched IMO. From all we know, Kemco had nothing to do with Goldeneye. I also don’t even see “a man with a gun” anywhere. 😉

Not exactly, but the differences are small (of course). The most noticable are the way higher quality and the build in cart holder of the new ones. Also have a look at the background of the box front.

That’s “engrish”. Japanese have problems distinguishing “L” and “R”. Pretty common, not only in Nintendo games.
