Not an iphone user so I can’t play, but sweet looking game nonetheless!
That would probably be it then, I very well could have been in the middle of a hand.
I tried all the games, the only issue I could find is I can go back to the title screen in every game using the select button except for Poker. Once you’re in Poker you’re stuck.
Admittedly I don’t know how to play Roulette and Poker, so I was sort of just fumbling around there, but Black Jack works well and the slots were cool. What would make slots more fun is having the different symbols award a different multiplier, so 7 7 7 would be a big bonus while 3 cherries is a basic bonus.
The 3D in the title screen is very well done by the way.

Insecticide was my first Virtual Boy game. Since the creation of much of the code that is in the game that is about 10 years old, I have learned a whole bunch of stuff since then that I want to create now a good game in Chris’s Casino. While it is true that it took 10 years of hard work to make Insecticide, it was just basically a game whose sole purpose was to get my feet wet into Virtual Boy programming. But since it took 10 years, I wanted to have it released. I guess this was something I shouldn’t have wanted. I guess I should have asked for one boxed copy just for myself to have. Oh well. Lesson learned. I will still be working on Chris’s Casino.
There is nothing to be ashamed about. You taking the time to learn it and keep persisting until you got it to where you wanted it to work is a great achievement, one that you should be proud of. I for one am envious that you were able to conceive a vision and create a playable product out of it. Getting the carts made wasn’t a mistake at all.

Hey everyone,I would like to do another stream this weekend but I’m having trouble finding a good time. One of the problems being that there are 6 to 9 hours time difference. I also have to get up rather early on Monday to catch a flight.
So whats better?
1: 7 am German time (Sunday), which is 10 pm PST (Saturday) and 1 am est (Sunday)
2: 3 pm German time (Sunday), which is 6 am PST (Sunday) and 9 am est (Sunday)
3: Everyone moves to Germany, Bigmak pays
Option 3, naturally :p
Serious answer: option 1 works best for me.
Yeah does Twitch archive videos for a bit? I work Sundays so I wasn’t able to watch.
I’m such a noob with these new platforms…
It would be really cool to get some insight on how all that stuff goes down. I’ve never used twitch, but I’d figure out how to watch something like that. I think it’s a good idea.

Hey,Just registered to say this: there’s no soldering of the ribbon cable required. There are two connectors: one for the provided ribbon cable that goes to the main board, and one for the original display’s ribbon cable.
The only soldering required is for the video output and palette switch (7 wires max.)
I’ll make that clearer on the page and the install manual soon.
Thanks for your interest in my work 🙂
Thanks for clarifying!
It looks like you have to solder on the display cable to this board to still have the functioning internal display.
I just wanted to thank you.
It seems like you are making an effort to give credit where its due lately and I really appreciate you taking the time to do so. Being such a tight community is the only reason I got upset way back in the first place. It just drove me nuts to think anyone here would feel taken advantage of.
You’ve done a lot to kick the community into gear, and for that, I want to say thank you.
Ermagerrd that’s such a good idea! I like it, good job!
That’s so COOL! I played the demo but didn’t come across this minigame. Definitely some respect for Nintendo including that in there 🙂
That looks really cool! I can imagine the joystick setup would be pretty awesome to play in some games!
Good job!
Meh, this sorta thing always happens, the past is easily forgotten. At least we know better in this case.
I guess the ideas are there, but V Tetris certainly wasn’t trying to be all that great in the music department, in fact, the V Tetris music isn’t all that great. I know Tetris Effect is definitely big on the musical experience as well as visual, which is what the guys making it have always strived for in their games.
It is cool that they happen to have some similar features though
Thanks for updating us. It’s cool to hear you got Morintori on board!
Definitely excited for the Demo, it sounds like a lot is being poured into this one.
Even if you don’t hit the Christmas target, still excited!
The controller is a bit buggered, the right side of the pad (A, B, Start Select and the turbo buttons) only work when a turbo button is held in…
It’s either a trace that goes to the power LED, or there’s a chip on the controller board that controls everything that may be bad. Waiting for parts in the mail to try either fix.
Awesome, thanks for clearing it up
So the backers of the $5 and up tier will get a physical release?
Looks like an awesome game btw, great art direction and animations.
